Think Tank 

• Identification and research of policy issues and positions
• Gathering and analysis of data for strategic planning
• Independent Policy Analysis & Reporting
• Address specific issues that government has not or will not study
• Metropolitan government

 Candidates and Elections 

• Identification and development of candidates
• Leadership/Candidate training programs
• Identification of elections and analysis of opportunities
• Development of campaigning models and strategies
• Training of campaign workers and volunteers

 Engagement 

• Develop and apply accountability measures for elected officials
• Facilitate the development of networks and contacts to assess and assist community issues
• Engage citizens and grassroots organizations to participate in our activities

 Financial 

• Identify funding sources
• Solicit contributions
• Support Candidates
