Commissioner Myron Lowery - Charter Commission

Interview with Charter Commission Chairman (and City Councilman) Myron Lowery about the City of Memphis Charter Commission. The Charter Commission will present referenda for several Charter amendments to Memphis voters on the November 2008 ballot. Commissioner Lowery gives us insight to the process and discussions that were included in the Charter Commission's deliberations.
